Margaret Ebdon

Margaret Ebdon was born in Dorset, England and now lives with her husband in Brockville. Margaret enjoyed art through high school but never explored it further until she suffered a traumatic brain injury in 2011. During her recovery, she was introduced to the world of art and the process of colours. Her brain injury opened a flood of creative impulses and unleashed a motivation to devote her time painting subjects that express her painting voice. Margaret paints in a realist style using primarily acrylics and is currently exploring oils.  Margaret enjoys creating art that reflects the beauty that surrounds us and brings joy to the viewer. Painting is her passion and a place of peace and healing.
